"A predator posing as a concerned neighbor assaulted a 23-year-old woman and forced her to perform a sex act in her West Village apartment this weekend, police said. The creep knocked on the door of his victim’s apartment near W. 12 St. and Greenwich Ave. at 3:25 a.m. on Sunday and asked her if something was burning, cops said. He claimed that he lived downstairs. Once inside her home, the man slapped and choked the woman before forcing her to perform oral sex, cops said. The sicko threatened to kill the woman if she screamed, and mocked her for being gullible enough to let him in, police said.
