  3. organic cotton of unspecified origin (it's being grown in the radioactive zone near the melted-down nuclear plant in the Fukushima district of Japan) 
  4. radioactive materials
  5. radioactive minerals sand/dirt/debris/materials from White Sands, New Mexico and/or any other nuclear testing site and/or site of nuclear melt down such as Chernobyl, Ukraine 
  6. seafood/seaweed from Pacific Ocean/coasts of Pacific Ocean and all areas worldwide possibly contaminated by nuclear plant/nuclear weapons fallout/waste/materials 
  7. spray computer keyboard cleaner (which contains polonium)
  8. brazil nuts
VI. INSECT INFESTATION RISKS and OTHER BIOHAZARDS: 
  1. Clothing and furniture found on the street or in the trash (Even clothing purchased in stores must be kept inside air tight plastic bags until it is laundered, as many retail stores in this city have experienced bed bug infestations) 
  2. Furniture and mattresses(the room is already furnished) 
  3. Items which may be infested with bedbugs/roaches/spiders/insects/infectious diseases 
  4. Cardboard boxes, as brown recluse spiders and other insects love to make them their homes and/or may hitch a ride in them into the apartment. Also, cardboard boxes from grocery stores may be contaminated with food, and therefor pose a mold risk.
  5. House plants. Sorry, I'm very careful about where I buy my plants and which species I choose. Some plants are prone to mold and mildew, which can spread through the air to other plants and can trigger allergy and asthma in me. I can't risk my health and the health of my own plants.
VII. ALLERGY, ASTHMA, RESPIRATORY DISTRESS TRIGGERS AND OTHER IRRITANTS:

  3. "Air freshener" (clean/launder, expose to sunlight and/or use baking soda instead

Confiscation and/or disposal of item(s) plus $30.00 fine due immediately per item. You will not be compensated for any item on this list that is seized and removed from the apartment. 
Subsequent Violations: 
Confiscation and/or disposal of items(s) and $150.00 fine per item due immediately per item. You will not be compensated for any item on this list that is seized and removed from the apartment. 
NOTICE:
Tenant reserves the right to inspect all bags, boxes, cabinets, containers, items and rooms in her apartment and all bags, boxes, containers, and items occupant intends to bring into her apartment.
